Feiner glutenfreier Käsesahnekuchen mit frischem Zitronenaroma ist perfekt
für jedes Kuchenbuffet. Ein Rezept, dass man sich unbedingt merken sollte.
Zutaten:
- 1/3 einer Fertigkuchenmischung
(Schoko-Variante) glutenfrei - 500g Magerquark
- 300 ml Schlagsahne
- 1 TL Johannisbrotkernmehl
oder „Sahnesteif“ - 1 Tasse Zucker
- 1 Päckchen Gelatinepulver
- Abgeriebene Schale einer halben Zitrone
Zubereitung:
Von einer Fertigkuchenmischung ein Drittel verwenden; die Zutaten, die laut
Packungsbeilage noch erforderlich sind, ebenfalls dritteln.
Den Teig fertig stellen und in eine Springform auf Backpapier ausstreichen.
Bei 175° ca. 10 Minuten backen (Garprobe!). Den Kuchenboden in der Form erkalten
lassen.
Das Gelatinepulver mit etwas Wasser in einen Topf geben, 10 Minuten quellen
lassen.
Die Sahne steif schlagen, das Johannisbrotkernmehl darüber streuen, kurz
weiter mit dem Mixer schlagen. Statt Johannisbrotkernmehl kann man auch
„Sahnesteif“ verwenden. Sahne, Quark, Zucker und die abgeriebene Zitronenschale
kurz zusammenmixen.
Die eingeweichte Gelatine auf dem Herd so lange erwärmen, bis sie sich
aufgelöst hat. Mehrere Esslöffel des Sahnequark in die Gelatine hintereinander
geben und mit dem Schneebesen rasch verrühren. Diese Mischung dann auf den
Sahnequark schütten und noch mal mit dem Mixer kurz durchschlagen. Die fertige
Quarkmischung auf den Kuchenboden geben, kalt stellen. Nach ca. 2 Stunden ist
der Kuchen schnittfest.
Bitte beachten: Nie die Gelatine direkt in den Quark geben, sie wird dann
nämlich sofort fest und verbindet sich nicht mit dem Quark.
